RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
Corazon Ranchero will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 7 days of purchase arrival. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). We do NOT offer refunds but instead we offer store credit or exchange for an item of the same value as the one originally purchased.
Boots may be exchanged or credited only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
Hats may be exchanged or credited if they are in as-new condition.
Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse you for any shipping costs you incur when purchasing an item at Corazonranchero.store. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to and from.
Returns and exchanges: Our policy lasts 7 days after arrival day. If 7 days have gone by since you received the package, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Corazón Ranchero strongly recommends that all return shipments be made by USPS, so that you can take advantage of their shipment tracking system. We cannot assist you with any lost return shipments.
You must include the note with your order letting us know the reason for your return. Be sure to include a copy of your packing slip, email order confirmation, or a printed copy of your order inside the package.
If there is an additional amount owed, your credit card will be charged for any replacement merchandise when shipped.
Once your order arrives we will contact you to finish the process.
*In the event of weather conditions delaying any orders Corazón Ranchero will not be responsible and will not offer refunds but instead offer store credit for future purchases.
